徒手护理干预对减轻产后重度乳房胀痛的探讨

目的 比较两种护理干预措施对产后乳房硬度和疼痛程度变化的影响,探讨其对减轻产后重度乳房胀痛的效果。方法 2007年3月至2010年5月在我科足月分娩初产妇(包括剖宫产)重度乳房胀痛120例,随机分为2组,实验组60例,给予徒手护理干预(按摩、手工挤奶)措施,对照组60例,给予传统机械护理干预(吸奶器吸奶)措施,观察疼痛程度和乳房硬度的变化。结果实验组乳房疼痛程度和硬度减轻效果明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对重度乳房胀痛进行徒手按摩、手工挤奶等护理干预措施,更易促使乳腺管通畅,使乳房胀痛明显减轻,增进护患关系。

Explore of Unarmed nursing intervention to alleviate breast severe distending pain of postpartum women
