高级创伤护理在创伤急救中应用的效果观察

目的:探讨高级创伤急救护理模式,提高创伤院内抢救成功率。方法:按随机数字表法将患者分为高级创伤护理组45例和常规护理组34例。高级创伤护理急救流程:接诊时开始评估、气道处理、维持呼吸→循环处理并控制出血→评估神经缺损→彻底暴露伤者检查背部及全身→AMPLE病史采集→护送手术或住院→详细记录。常规护理顺序:分诊登记→检查抢救→转入专科或手术。观察记录两组患者的抢救成功率、有效抢救时间。结果:高级创伤护理组的抢救成功率、抢救有效时间均显著优于常规护理组。结论:在创伤患者急救中实施高级创伤护理服务,可缩短有效抢救时间,提高创伤患者的抢救成功率。

High trauma care in the trauma first-aid application

Objective：To explore High trauma emergency care model to improve the survival rate of trauma hospital.Methods：79 patients were divided into two groups by number table,45 cases of advanced trauma care,34 cases of conventional care.Senior first aid trauma care process： reception at the beginning of the assessment,airway treatment,the maintenance of respiratory→Recycling and control bleeding →assessment →nerve defect to expose the victim to check back and body collection→AMPLE history of surgery or hospitalization→escort a detailed record.The order of conventional care： patient registration points →check into rescue specialist or surgery.Observed survival rate of patients with two effective rescue time.Results：Advanced trauma care group survival rate,the effective time to save significantly superior to conventional care group.Conclusion：In patients with trauma in the implementation of advanced trauma emergency care,effective time can be shortened to save and improve the survival rate of patients with trauma.
