| 摘 要： | 目的：研究克脂星胶囊降血脂作用机制和临床疗效。方法：对高脂血症大白鼠血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯和家兔血液流变学进行实验观察。结果：本品对高脂血症动物和人均有明显的降低血清总胆固醇和甘油三脂的作用，优于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论：本品可用于高脂血症的预防和治疗，无明显毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:The action mechanism of Forbid-Fat-Star capsule on a reduction of blood lipid and clinical effect. Methods:Total serum cholesterol and trighlyceride of hyperlipemia in rats and blood rheology in rabbits were experimentally observed. Results:There were significiant effect for reducing the total serum cholesterol and triglyceride in human and animal, and the effect of experimental group was superior to controlled group. Conclusion:This capsule can be used for prevention and treatment of patients with hyperlipemia. The obvious toxic and side effect have not been found. |
