环形电刀治疗慢性宫颈炎(附816例临床分析)

目的:探讨LEEP术治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析经LEEP术治疗的慢性宫颈炎病人816例,其中483例行病灶消融术,252例行宫颈环切术,81例行宫颈锥切术。观察不同术式的术中出血量、手术时间、疗效以及手术并发症发生情况。结果:LEEP术对各种类型慢性宫颈炎的总治愈率达95.7%,总有效率100%,各术组间治疗效果无明显差异。手术时间及术中、术后出血量超过月经量,需再次止血。结论:LEEP术是治疗慢性宫颈炎的一种安全有效的方法。宫颈病灶消融术效果好、并发症更少。

Clinical Analysis on Chronic Cervititis Treat with LEEP

Objective:To discuss the clinical value of Loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) in treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods:A retrospective study was carried out on 816 cases of chronic cervicitis who underwent LEEP,in which 483 cases were treated by cervical melt with electrical loop,252 cases were treated by loop excision,and 81 cases by cervical cone excision.Clinical parameter including peri-operative blood loss,operating time,peri-operative complication,and the treatment results were compared between groups.Results:The total cure rate was 95.7%,the effective rate was 100%.There was no difference in curative effect among the three groups.The mean operation time and intra-operative blood loss and post-oerative blood loss in cervicial melt group was less that in loop excision group and cone excision group.And 4.5%of patients need to be treated for post-oerative bleeding.Conclusions:LEEP might be a safe and effective surgery in treatment of chronic cervicitis.Cervicical melt is effective,and less complications.
