三苯氧胺离子化局部导入与口服治疗乳腺增生症的对比研究

目的观察三苯氧胺离子化局部导入与口服治疗乳腺增生症疗效.方法将60例患者随机分为2组,局部治疗组（n=30）,口服治疗组为对照组（n=30）.均用三苯氧胺20mg,局部治疗组导入治疗30min,1次/d,口服治疗组月经干净后每天分2次口服,15d为1疗程,共有3个疗程.治疗前后病理检测,免疫组化SP法检测组织中雌激素受体（ER）和乳腺间质纤维细胞CD34表达.结果2组病例有效率无显著差异（P〉0.05）,但治疗组起效快,能使局部增生的腺体组织复原.治疗前后ER和CD34表达无差异性.结论三苯氧胺离子化局部导入治疗乳腺增生症安全、起效快,能直接作用于增生的腺体,但副作用小于口服三苯氧胺.

The Contrast Study of Regional Introducing Tamoxifen Ionization and Oral Administration of Cyclomastopathy

Objective To explore the curative effects of regional introducing tamoxifen ionization and tamoxifen oral administration for cyclomastopathy,by observing the patho-morphologic changes,and analyzing the expression of estrogen receptor （ER） and CD34 in interstitial fibrocyte.Methods 60 cases were devided into two groups randomly, regional introducing group （n=30） and whole body comparison group （n=30）. Both groups were administrated with 20 gm tamoxifen.Regional introducing group was treated for 30 minutes once a day,while the comparison group took tamoxifen orally twice a day after the menstruation,15 days as a course and three courses in total.The pathological changes were observed before and after the treatment, and the expression of estrogen receptor （ ER） and CD34 in interstitial fibrocyte were detected through immumohistochemical method SP.Results There was no obvious difference in effects between the two groups （P〉0.05）, but it worked faster in the experimental group, and enabl ed part of the hyperplastic gland to rehabilitate.There was no obvious difference in the expression of ER and CD34 between before and after treatment. Conclusion Regional introducing tamoxifen ionization is a safe treatment for cyclomastopathy,and it works faster.It can act on hyperplastic gland directly, and has fewer side effect than tamoxifen oraladministration.
