| 摘 要： | 从成年人粪便中分离到８９株可疑双歧杆菌，通过耐氧驯化、筛选获得一株耐氧菌ＡＤ４５，初步鉴定为青春双歧杆菌，并对其耐氧性进行了考察，在有氧情况下对ＡＤ４５的生长曲线、产酸情况及发酵液中ｐＨ值的变化进行了测定，确定了合适的发酵条件． |

| Abstract: | strains suspected to be species of the genus Bifidobacterium were isolated from adult human feces.Through domestication to tolerating oxygen,we obtained an oxygen resistant strain AD 45 .It was tentatively identified as Bifidobacteria adolescentis and the ability to tolerate oxygen in cultural environments was investigated.After examining its growth curve,pH and the production of acid,we established the optimum fermentable conditions. |
