尼莫地平片剂人体药代动力学及生物利用度

摘    要:报告10名男性健康志愿受试者随机交叉口服尼莫地平试验片和参比片各120mg的药代动力学和相对生物利用度.试验片和参比片Cmax分别为(391.84±147.52)和(368.97±173.66)μg/L,Tmax分别为(0.55±0.18)和(0.64±0.29)h,ALLC分别为(790.83±206.96)和(784.03±193.43)μg/L·h.统计学检验二者无显著性差异(P>0.05).试验片的人体相对生物利用度为101.50%±14.00%,变异系数为13.70%.

Abstract:Pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of nimoldipine tablets were investigated in 10 normal healthy male volunteers,with each subject receiving a single dose of 120 mg of nimoldipine test tablets and 120 mg of nimoldipine reference tablets in a randomised crossover sequence.C max of nimoldipine was (391 84±147 52)μg/L for the test tablets and (368 97±173 66)μg/L for the reference tablets.T max of nimoldipine was (0 55±0 18) h for the test tablets and (0 64±0 29)h for the reference tablets.AUC of nimoleipine was (790 83±206 96)μg/L·h for the reference tablets.Signiticant difference between the test tablets and the reference tablets was not found( P >0 05).The relative bioavailability for nimoldipine test tablet was (101 50±14 00)%.(CV=13 70%).
