| 摘 要： | 用ＨＰＬＣ法测定了２４种西洋参根皂苷、５种西洋参茎叶皂苷、７种人参根皂苷、一种人参茎叶皂苷及８种单体皂苷（Ｒｏ，Ｒｅ，Ｒｇ１，Ｒｆ，Ｒｂ１，Ｒｇ２，Ｒｃ，Ｒｂ２）．结果表明，西洋参与人参的明显区别在于：人参含有Ｒｆ及Ｒｇ１；而西洋参不含Ｒｆ及Ｒｇ１

| Abstract: | Twenty four kinds of Panax quinquefolium root saponins,five kinds of Panax quinquefolium stem and leaf saponins,seven kinds of Panax ginseng root,one kind of Panax ginseng stem and leaf saponins and eight kinds of monosaponins(R e,R g 1 ,R o,R f,R b 1 ,R g 2 ,R c,R b 2 ) were determined quantitatively after the samples of the two drugs having been extracted.The results showed a sharp contrast between them that Panax ginseng contains R f and R g 1 ,while the Panax quinquefolium doesn′t,and thus,provided a scientific and reliable way in distinguishing the one from the other. |
