| 摘 要： | 继前报，作者又从女贞子（ＬｉｇｕｓｔｒｕｍｌｕｃｉｄｕｍＡｉｔ．）乙醇提取物的氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部分分离和鉴定了５个化合物．化合物Ⅰ为２α－羟基－３β－反式对羟基肉桂酰氧基齐墩果酸（３β－Ｏ－ｔｒａｎｓ－ｐ－ｃｏｕｍａｒｏｙｌ－２α－ｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ－ｏｌｅａｎ－１２－ｅｎ－２８－ｏｉｃａｃｉｄ），化合物Ⅱ为芹菜素（ａｐｉｇｅｎｉｎ），化合物Ⅲ为槲皮素（ｑｕｅｒｃｅｔｉｎ），其中化合物Ⅰ首次从该属植物中分离得到．

| Abstract: | In addition to those in the prior report,the authors isolated five more compounds from Ligustrum lucidum Ait. Compound Ⅰ is 3 o trans p coumaroyl 2 hydroxy olean 12 en 28 oic acid,compound Ⅱ is apigenin,compound Ⅲ is quercetin,compound Ⅳ is daucosterol,compound Ⅴ is rhamnose.Among them,compound Ⅰ and Ⅴ are the first reported compounds from this genus. |
