| Abstract: | The method for extraction of emodin from the sample has been improved successfully and the quantitative determination of emodin in Ganyanning capsules by HPLC is reported. The procedure is simple and rapid.The results are stable and reproducible.The method can be used for evaluation of crude drugs and its preparations containing emodin. |
