| 摘 要： | 目的通过对二袖套法大鼠原位肝移植手术方法的改进，提高大鼠肝移植动物模型的稳定性。方法采用改良的二袖套法施行大鼠原位肝移植150例，观察术后并发症及存活率。结果手术成功率由最初的30％提高到后来的97％，2周存活率由最初的0％提高到后来的90％。结论改进的大鼠原位肝移植方法操作简便，手术成功率高，重复性好，提高了大鼠肝移植动物模型的稳定性。

| Abstract: | Objective To increase the stability of rat orthotopic liver transplantation models effectively by improving the surgical procedures. Methods 150 cases of rat orthotopic liver transplantation were performed with the modified two-cuffed technique, and the effects of various perioperative treatment factors and surgical techniques on the survival rate and viability were observed. Results The 24 hours and 2 week survival rates were 97% and 90% respectively. Conclusion The modified two-cuffed methods is convenient and easy to repeat. It can enhance the stability and increase survival rate of rat orthotopic liver transplantation models. |
