护士工作压力源调查分析与对策

目的：了解护士的压力程度及主要工作压力源，为减轻护士工作压力，促进身心健康水平，提高护理工作质量提供依据。方法：采用问卷调查法对北京大学第一附属医院的285名护士进行调查。结果：对工作量及时间分配问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题护士感到压力较高；对环境及资源方面的问题、病人护理方面的问题、管理及人际关系方面的问题护士感到压力一般。结论：护士工作压力源不仅与护理工作的性质有关，也与护龄、工作地点及科室有关。护理管理者应给予足够的重视，对护士进行减压训练，维护其心理健康。

Investigation and countermeasures of the main job stressor of the nurses in the First Hospital of Peking University
