皮康外洗液的药效学初步研究

目的:探讨皮康外洗液的抗炎、抗过敏及抗菌作用。方法:采用抗炎实验、迟发性过敏反应、体外抑菌试验等方法进行研究。结果:皮康外洗液对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳廓肿胀及2,4-二硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠迟发性过敏反应均有明显抑制作用,对豚鼠脱毛区皮肤无刺激反应,抑菌实验表明对绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等多种致病菌有一定的抑制作用。结论:皮康外洗液具有较好的抗炎及抗菌作用,且对皮肤无刺激,本研究为该药治疗小儿皮肤病提供了初步的药效学资料。

Preliminary pharmacodynamic study of Pikang wash liqid

Objective: A preliminary study of anti-inflammatory,anti-allergic and antibacterial activities of Pikang wash liquid.Methods: The studies were carried out by means of anti-inflammatory experiments,delayed hypersensitivity and vitro test of inhibitory bacteria.Results: Pikang wash liquid had markedly inhibitory effect on the ear swelling induced with xylene in mice and the delayed hypersensitivity reaction induced with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene.There was no irritant reaction on guinea pig skin and in tests of inhibitory bacteria,a certain inhibitory effect on aeruginosus Bacillus and staphylococcus aureus and other germs were found.Conclusions: Pikang wash liquid has a good function in anti-inflammatory and antibacterial but no irritant to the skin.This study provided preliminary pharmacodynamics data to cure infant dermatosis with this drug.
