五株金黄色葡萄球菌对消毒剂及热抗力的比较

摘    要:本试验采用试管法测定了5株金黄色葡萄球菌对几种化学消毒剂的抗力和热抗力。结果,醋酸氯己定、碘伏和乙醇对临床分离的4株金黄色葡萄球菌和消毒试验标准菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)基本一致。5株试验菌对热抗力也基本相同。但标准株对碘伏最小杀菌浓度略高于临床分离株。

Abstract:Test tube method was used to measure the resistance of 5 strains of Staphylococcus aureus to several chemical disinfectants and heat. The results indicated that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of chlorhexidine acetate, iodophor and ethanol against 4 clinically isolated strains of Staphylococcus aureus and standard strain for disinfection test were essentially identical. The resistance of the 5 strains of test bacteria to heat was also essentially identical. However, the resistance of standard strain to minimum bactericidal concentration of iodophor was slightly higher than that of clinically isolated strains.
