综合护理干预在呼吸内科重症患者中的应用

目的：探讨综合护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者的临床效果。方法选取我科收治的70例呼吸内科重症患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各35例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评估干预后患者心理状况，记录干预前后氧分压（PaO2）、二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）、呼吸、心率指标变化。结果护理干预后 SAS 和 SDS 评分观察组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；2组 PaO2升高，PaCO2降低，观察组优于对照组（P ＜0.05）；2组心率减慢，呼吸次数减少，观察组优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预应用于呼吸内科重症患者，能有效改善心理状况，提高治疗效果，改善患者临床症状。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on critical patients with respiratory disease

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on critical patients with respiratory disease. Methods A total of 70 critical patients with respiratory disease were randomized into the ob-servation group and the control group with each group 35 patients. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing as well as the patients in the observation group,on this basis the observation group were given the comprehen-sive nursing intervention. SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the psychological status after intervention. The changes of PaO2 ,PaCO2 ,respiratory and heart rate indicators before and after intervention were recorded. Results After nurs-ing intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). After nursing intervention,PaO2 was elevated,while PaCO2 was reduced,and those in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group(P < 0. 05). After nursing intervention,the heart rate was decreased,while the respiratory rate was reduced,and those in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in application of critical pa-tients with respiratory disease can effectively improve the psychological status,enhance the therapeutic effect,and im-prove the clinical symptoms.
