康艾注射液配合化疗对乳腺癌术后的影响

目的：探讨康艾注射液对乳腺癌术后化疗患者疗效的影响。方法纳入我院住院手术、术后接受化疗的乳腺癌患者120例为研究对象，随机均分为2组，治疗组60例在接受 CEF 化疗方案的同时，接受康艾注射液静脉滴注；对照组仅行 CEF 化疗。化疗4个周期后，对比2组疗效、毒副反应、T 淋巴细胞及亚群变化情况。结果2组疗效无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗组毒副反应明显轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后 CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋水平未发生明显变化（P ＞0.05），对照组治疗后 CD3＋及 CD4＋水平明显下降、CD8＋水平明显上升，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论乳腺癌术后放疗患者辅助应用康艾注射液，能在不影响疗效的基础上减轻毒副反应，维持免疫功能。

Kang Yi injection of chemotherapy for breast cancer patients with postoperative observation

Objective To explore the Kang Yi injection to enhance the value of breast cancer patients with post-operative chemotherapy,and to guide the clinical treatment of disease. Methods The 120 cases were divided into two groups at random:observation group of 60 cases while accept CEF chemotherapy regimens,accept Kang Yi injection intravenous drip;The control group only chemotherapy. After four cycles of chemotherapy,compared two groups’chan-ges of curative effect,adverse reaction and T lymphocyte subgroup. Results Curative effect of two groups have no sig-nificant difference(P > 0. 05);Adverse reaction observation group was obviously lighter than the control group,signif-icant differences(P < 0. 05);Observation group after treatment of CD3 + ,CD4 + ,CD8 + levels did not significantly changed(P > 0. 05),the control group after treatment of CD3 + and CD4 + level obviously rise,CD8 + levels decrease, the differences were significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Postoperative radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer Kang Yi injection auxiliary application,can be on the basis of not affect curative effect to reduce adverse reaction, maintain immune function.
