针刺联合光动力疗法治疗面部多发性扁平疣

目的：探究针刺联合光动力疗法对面部多发性扁平疣的临床应用价值。方法选取96例面部多发性扁平疣的患者作为本次实验的研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组48例。对照组采用 LED 光动力治疗仪进行治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上接受针刺治疗。观察2组疣体清除率、临床疗效、复发率以及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率93.75%，对照组72.92%（ P ＜0.05）；治疗组复发率5.00%，对照组复发率7.41%（P ＞0.05）；治疗组不良反应发生率8.33%，对照组为6.25%（P ＞0.05）。结论针刺联合光动力疗法治疗面部多发性扁平疣，能提高疣体清除率、减少复发率及不良反应少。

Acupuncture combined with photodynamic therapy on facial verruca plana

Objective To explore the clinic value of acupuncture combined with photodynamic therapy on pa-tients with facial verruca plana. Methods The 96 patients with verruca plana were rando mized into the control group and the treat ment group with each group 48 patients.
