中医康复护理对脑梗死患者功能康复的影响

目的：探讨中医康复护理对脑梗死患者功能康复的作用。方法选取2011年10月—2013年10月于我院接受脑梗死治疗的患者共80例，通过电脑随机分配为治疗组与对照组，各40例，对照组采取常规护理方式，治疗组则在此基础上联合中医康复护理，护理结束后比较2组 ADL 评分、NIHSS 评分以及临床恢复效果。结果治疗组平均 ADL 评分为（71.3±15.4）优于对照组（51.6±8.9）；治疗组平均 NIHSS 评分为（2.9±0.7），优于对照组（6.1±1.4）（P ＜0.05）；治疗组总有效率为95.0%，优于对照组62.5%（P ＜0.05）。结论在脑梗死患者功能康复的护理过程中，中医康复护理能够显著恢复患者神经功能，提高治疗效果。

Influence analysis of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on functional rehabilita-tion in patients with cerebral infarction,compared with the usual nursing mode,discuss the advantage of TCM rehabili-tation nursing,provide a basis for clinical promotion. Methods The 80 patients from Oct. 2011-Oct. 2013,individal two groups,the control group received routine nursing care,observation group on the basis of traditional Chinese medi-cine combined rehabilitation nursing,the ADL score,NIHSS score and clinical recovery effect of two groups of patients were compared after nursing. Results The average ADL score of observation group was(71. 3 + 15. 4),the control group was(51. 6 + 8. 9);the average NIHSS score of observation group was(2. 9 + 0. 7),the control group was(6. 1+1. 4),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). In addition,the,the total effective rate of observation group was 95% ,the control group was 62. 5% ,the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the nursing process of functional rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients,traditional Chinese med-icine nursing can significantly the recover of neurological function,improve the treatment effect,so it should be popu-larized in clinical medicine.
