| 摘 要： | 本研究分别选取先天性心脏病、晚期肝硬化及终末期肾炎患者各5例,在电镜水平对心房利钠多肽(ANP)颗粒的分布及数目进行了观察。观察结果表明,先心病组心肌细胞内ANP颗粒数目同对照组相近似,而肾炎组、肝硬化组ANP颗粒数目均显著高于对照组,肝硬化组ANP颗粒数目还显著高于肾炎组。形态学观察结果提示,肾炎、肝硬化患者的心房肌ANP合成均明显增加,这可能是导致肝硬化、肾炎患者血浆ANP水平升高的一个主要原因。

| Abstract: | Five specimens were taken from each of four groups: congenital heart disease (CHD), advariced liver cirrhosis, terminal nephritis and sudden death without evident impairment of sodium homeostasis as control. The distribution and number of the specific granules containing atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) were analysed electron microscopically. The distribution and numbers of ANP granules in the atrial cardiocytes were similar in cases of CHD and the control. While the increased numbers of ANP granules were found in the cases with cirrhosis and nephritis. In cases with cirrhosis, the cardiocytes had more ANP granules than those in cases with nephritis.It was suggested that an increase of ANP synthesis occurring in the myocardial cells of patients with cirrhosis and nephritis might result in the elevation of serum ANP. |
