原发性肝癌患者介入术后的护理

目的 探讨肝癌患者介入术后的护理要点。方法 对73例肝癌患者介入术后的病情观察、不良反应及并发症的护理、心理、饮食等相关方面进行分析并提出护理方法。结果 提高了肝癌患者介入治疗的成功率，减少了不良反应及并发症的发生，改善了患者的生存质量。结论 认识肝癌患者介入术后的护理要点，给予患者良好的护理，对提高治疗效果，减轻患者痛苦有重要意义。

Nursing of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma after interventional therapy

Objective To investigate nursing main points of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma （PHC） after interventional therapy. Methods Observation of pathogenetic condition, nursing of adverse effect and complication, psychological condition and eating habit for 73 cases with primary hepatic carcinoma were analyzed, and then nursing methods were proposed. Results The successful rate of interventional therapy for PHC was increased, adverse effect and complications were lessened and the survival quality was improved after appropriate nursing. Conclusion Appropriate nursing of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma after interventional therapy raises therapeutic efficacy, lessens the adverse effect and complication, and improves the life quality of patients.
