| 摘 要： | 目的 了解综合性重症监护病房医院感染情况及发展特点,分析引起医院感染的影响因素.为采取干预措施,降低医院感染的发生率提供科学依据.方法 对2004年1月～2009年12月连续6年某三级甲等教学医院综合性ICU所有住院患者的医院感染进行回顾性研究和前瞻性监测.共调查l 718例住院病人,其中558例为医院感染组(nosocomial infection,NI),1 160例无任何感染者为非NI组.所有数据采用SPSS11.5统计软件进行处理.两组资料进行单因素卡方检验后,用非条件logistic回归模型进行多元分析.结果 多因素结果筛选出病情分级、住院时间、原有肺部感染、气管插管、气管切开是医院感染的独立影响因素.结论 影响医院感染的因素较多,根据监测结果采取针对性干预措施,可降低医院感染发生率,保障患者医疗安全. |
