| 摘 要： | 临床实习是高等医学教育的重要环节,实习期间的管理和思想教育时医学生职业素质和道德的养成起着非常重要的作用.文章分析了实践中存在实习生管理体制不健全、带教落实不到位、学生就业不利影响等问题,提出通过强化岗前培训、健全实习生教育管理制度等改进方法促进临床实习效果的提升.
