| 摘 要： | 作为当前深化医药卫生体制改革的一项重要制度安排和新医改五项工作重点之一,促进基本公共卫生服务逐步均等化对人民群众享有安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗卫生服务具有重要意义.然而,各地在落实基本公共卫生服务均等化的过程中遇到了相关体制不完善、法律法规不健全、基层公共卫生服务提供体系不完善等一系列的障碍,文章针对这些问题展开分析并提出相关建议.
