| 摘 要： | 医疗保障城乡统筹是新医改工作的一项重点和明确任务,也是完善基本医疗保障制度建设的必然要求。文章借鉴发达国家医疗保障制度城乡统筹的经验,分析当前城乡统筹探索实践中存在的误区,对实现医疗保障城乡统筹提出建议和思考。

| Abstract: | New urban and rural medical insurance is a key medical work and clear taske,and is the necessary requirement of the basic medical insurance system improvement.Through taking the urban and rural medical insurance system in developed countries as references,the misunderstanding of urban and rural medical insurance in the experience of urban and rural exploration practice are analyzed,and suggestions and thinking of realizing medical insurance in urban and rural eras as a whole are proposed. |
