河南省二级与三级医院护理队伍现状及需求分析

摘    要:目的:通过对河南省二级与三级医院护理人力资源构成现状和需求的调查研究,分析护理人才的需求趋势,为护理管理和护理人才培养规模的确定提供参考依据.方法:对河南省42家二级医院、27家三级医院进行护理人力资源现况和需求的调查.结果护理人力资源年龄结构25~34岁占39.63%,高学历、高职称人才缺乏.护理人才流失二级医院以大专生为主(51.43%),三级医院以本科生为主(41.99%).未来5年对护理人才的需求以大专生和本科生为主,二级医院分别为53.42%、27.95%、三级医院分别为45.54%、46.71%.结论:需进一步合理配置护理人力资源,护理教育应控制中专层次的招生规模,增加大专、本科层次的招生.
