| 摘 要： | 通过对上海市5所军队医院妇产科医务人员及患者进行问卷调查，重点从患者角度对妇产科医疗纠纷影响因素进行分析和总结，提出了加强医疗风险管理、重视患者风险教育、提高医疗服务质量、完善医疗纠纷处理机制等建议。

| Abstract: | Through a questionnaire survey among the staff of Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and patients from five military hospitals in Shanghai,the paper analyzed the influence factors of medical malpractice in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,and put some countermeasures to decrease the incidence of medical malpractice and strengthen hospital management. |
