| 摘 要： | 就临床路径(CP)与循证医学(EBM)产生及实施的相通性和发展过程中相辅相成的必然性作粗浅探索,探讨二者的相关性.CP包含了EBM、质量保证、整体护理、持续性质量改进的诊疗标准化方法,CP与EBM的最终目的都是使临床医生能够给予病人以最佳治疗,提高医院的运营效率和医疗水平,减少卫生资源的浪费,维持优秀的医疗质量的历史结果.EBM是在经验医学的基础上更多地强调以科学证据为依据的现代医学模式.EBM为CP提供思路和指导,CP的实施则是EBM的直接体现.CP与EBM目标一致、过程密切相关,相辅相成、互为支撑,相互促进、协调发展.

| Abstract: | The relationship between Clinical Pathway(CP) and Evidenced-Based Medicine(EBM) was explored.It can be concluded that CP includes EBM,quality assurance,holistic nursing care and continuous quality improvement of the standard treatment method.The ultimate goal of CP and EMB is to help doctors to provide the best services,improve hospitals' operational efficiency and medical services,and reasonably utilize health resources.EBM is a modern mode of medical sciences emphasizing scientific evidence,which is based... |
