| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗青光眼合并白内障的2种手术方式的临床疗效。方法 97例青光眼合并白内障患者随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(47例),观察组采取白内障超声乳化摘除+人工晶状体植入+青光眼小梁切除三联手术方式,对照组采取白内障囊外摘除+人工晶状体植入+青光眼小梁切除三联手术方式。比较2组疗效及术后并发症。结果 2组均可恢复视力,控制眼压,但对照组角膜散光及术后并发症均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗青光眼合并白内障中,白内障超声乳化摘除+人工晶状体植入+青光眼小梁切除三联手术方式优于白内障囊外摘除+人工晶状体植入+青光眼小梁切除三联手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the two different methods for glaucoma with cataract.Methods 97 patients with glaucoma combined with cataract were divided randomly into the observation group(50cases)and control group(47cases).The observation group was applied for the phacoemulsification,trabeculectomy and intraocular lens implantation,the control group took the extracapsular cataract extraction,trabeculectomy and intraocular lens implantation.Then compared the clinical efficacy and complication of them.Results The two groups all can restoration eyesight and stabilize intraocular tension.However,the astigmatism and concurrent disease in the control group were higher than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification was better than extracapsular cataract extraction to management patients with glaucoma combined with cataract. |
