| 摘 要： | 对上海市某区3个社区的1604名居民进行医院网站利用状况的问卷调查,结果显示,社区居民未充分利用医院网站,这可能与他们缺乏网络检索技术、查询时间等有关,且社区居民年龄、受教育程度与收入状况也影响他们对医院网站信息的利用,建议医院改善网站建设以适应不同社区居民的不同需求。 |

| Abstract: | A questionnaire survey of 1604 residents from three communities in Shanghai was conducted in the study.The results showed that the residents did not utilize the information of hospital websites sufficiently.The lack of skills and time for internet searching were probably the main reasons.The community residents' characteristics(such as age,education and income)and other factors might influence their utilization of hopsital websites.It is suggested that hospital websites should be adapted to the different de... |
