摘    要:目的了解患者对院务公开的评价,为促进院务公开的健康发展提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法,抽取某三级甲等医院的104名患者进行问卷调查。结果46.1%的患者知晓院务公开制度;患者对院务公开表现出较积极的态度,得分均高于3分;患者知晓情况与其对公开制度的信任性、有效性之间无统计学意义(P〉0.05),与必要性和实用性之间有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同年龄、学历、收入、职业的患者对院务公开的满意度差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论医院应落实“以人为本”,增强公众对院务公开的信任度;构建科学、合理的公开内容,扩展院务公开形式的多样化;建立健全院务公开评估与考核制度,充分发挥院务公开的作用。
