| 摘 要： | 聘用制合同护士现已成为一支不可忽视的技术力量。从严把录用考核关、强化教育与培训、落实任期考评制度、建立保障机制等4方面，就如何加强聘用制合同护士的管理进行了总结。指出，规范化的管理，既稳定了护士队伍，提高了护士工作积极性，又保障了医疗护理工作质量。

| Abstract: | Contracted nurse under employment system has become a technology resource that can not be ignored.Combination of work experience,we summarized how to strengthen employment management of contracted nurses from four aspects: strict assessment of recruitment,strengthening education and training,implementation of term evaluation system,establishment of security mechanisms.The standardized management can stabilize the nursing team,improve the enthusiasm and protect the quality of nurse care. |
