| 摘 要： | 坚持“全员普训、训考结合、以考促训”原则，在抓规范化管理，形成长效机制；抓特色化，构筑训练平台；强化考核比武，抓训练成果转化3方面下功夫，坚持不懈抓“三基”训练，铸牢了临床医师业务基础，提升了医疗质量管理水平。指出，医院开展“三基”训练应坚持长期性、针对性及拓展性。
