| 摘 要： | 目的:通过2010年的横断面调查,探讨新型农村合作医疗制度对于农村高血压患者就医行为和就医费用的影响。方法:采取多阶段分层随机抽样方法,在山东省8个县随机抽取了6 216名25周岁以上的农村居民进行家庭健康问卷调查。采用Logistic回归和广义线性回归分析了4个新型农村合作医疗制度变量的影响。结果:享受高血压补偿政策和即时报销政策的患者倾向于前往更低层次的医疗机构就诊;门诊报销比例高导致高血压患者就诊费用升高(P=0.080),而享受高血压补偿政策导致费用下降(P=0.005)。结论:新型农村合作医疗制度中针对高血压制定相关补偿政策和报销政策,可以改善患者的就医行为,减轻患者的经济负担。 |
