| 摘 要： | 目的了解三种模式下城市医院与社区卫生服务机构医生对双向转诊的认知情况，为制定科学的双向转诊机制提供参考。方法采取典型性抽样方法，对5所城市医院、7家社区卫生服务中心的医生进行调查。结果院办院管模式下医生对双向转诊认知情况最好，协议合作模式次之，再次是托管模式。三种模式认知差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论目前，院办院管模式在开展双向转诊中有优势；可通过提高社区卫生服务机构水平、加强宣传等促进双向转诊。
