| 摘 要： | 居民满意度是评价社区卫生服务质量的唯一标准，是考核社区卫生服务工作绩效的重要指标。结合国内外有关医疗卫生服务满意度研究文献，在对浙江省583名城乡社区居民进行社区卫生服务满意度调查的基础上，深入分析影响居民满意度的因素，并针对社区卫生服务机构及其管理体制和机制方面存在的问题提出建议。 |
