正清风痛宁片辅助贝那普利和氯沙坦治疗IgA肾病的临床研究

目的研究正清风痛宁片辅助贝那普利和氯沙坦治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法选择IgA肾病住院患者61例,分为使用来氟米特组（对照组）27例和联合应用正清风痛宁片、贝那普利和氯沙坦组（治疗组）34例,治疗周期为2个月。治疗期间分别监测患者的血清清蛋白,24h尿蛋白定量和肌酐水平,并观察两组的疗效以及不良反应的发生情况。结果在治疗期结束后,对照组患者的完全缓解率及总有效率分别为25.9%和63.0%,而治疗组的完全缓解率和总有率达到了32.4%和76.5%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组不良反应的发生率分别为22.2%和20.6%。结论正清风痛宁片辅助贝那普利和氯沙坦治疗IgA肾病疗效确切。

Clinical study of IgA nephropathy treated by benazepril and losartan assisting with Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet

Objective To study the clinical effect of benazepril and losartan assisting with Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. Methods Sixty one in-patients suffering from IgA nephropathy were divided into control group, that is leflunomide group （n = 27）, and treatment group （n = 34） including combined application of Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet, benazepril, and losartan. The treatment course lasted for 2 months. During treatment, serum albumin value, urine protein quantitation in 24 hours and creatinine level were monitored respectively, and the curative effects and adverse reactions from both groups were also observed. Results After treatment, the complete remission rate and total effective rate in control group were 25.9% and 63.0%, whereas those in treatment group reached up to 32.4% and 76.5% respectively. The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P 0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reaction in control group was 22.2% and 20.6% in treatment group. Conclusion In the treatment of IgA nephropathy, benazepril and losartan assisting with Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet obtain a definite curative effect.
