| 摘 要： | 近年来医患矛盾日益突出,医患关系紧张的原因很多,但作为矛盾构成的医方也有部分难以推卸的责任。临床实习是培养综合性高素质医生的一个关键阶段。如何加强实习医生的临床专业能力培养和人文素质建设,是建立和谐医患关系的关键问题。

| Abstract: | In recent years the doctor-patient contradiction has been increasing, and this phenomenon occurrence has many reasons, but it is difficult for doctor to shirk responsibility. Clinical practice is a key phase for a intern to develop a comprehensive high quality doctor. This study demonstrated how to strengthen the intern clinical professional ability cultivating and humanist quality education for establishing the harmonious doctor-patient relationships. |
