人乳头状瘤病毒与生殖系统常见病原体感染的相关性分析

摘    要:目的:探究人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与其他生殖道常见病原体感染的相关性。方法:选取924例2011年6月~2012年8月于杭州市妇女医院妇科就诊患者,采集阴道及宫颈部分泌物,检测HPV DNA并分型,检测其他妇科常见病原体,刮片检查宫颈脱落细胞。结果 :沙眼衣原体阳性、解脲支原体阳性及细菌性阴道病阳性患者的HPV阳性率显著高于阴性患者(沙眼衣原体:χ2=10.990,P=0.001;解脲支原体:χ2=35.780,P=0.000;细菌性阴道病:χ2=4.477,P=0.034)。对HPV感染的Logistic回归分析显示,沙眼衣原体阳性、解脲支原体>10 000 CCU/ml是人乳头瘤病毒感染的危险因素(沙眼支原体阳性:OR=2.790,P=0.005;解脲支原体>10 000 CCU/ml:OR=2.968,P=0.002)。结论 :预防沙眼衣原体及解脲支原体感染对预防由HPV感染诱发的宫颈癌可能具有积极意义。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the correlation between human papillomavirus(HPV) infection and infection of other common pathogens of reproductive tract.Methods:A total of 924 patients who went to department of gynecology in the hospital from June 2011 to August 2012 were selected,the vaginal and cervical secretion specimens were obtained,HPV DNA detection and classification were conducted,the common pathogens of other gynecological diseases were detected,and cervical exfoliative cells were examined after cervical scraping.Results:HPV positive rates in patients with positive Chlamydia trachomatis(CT),Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),and bacterial vaginosis were statistically significantly higher than those in patients with negative CT,UU,and bacterial vaginosis(χ2=10.990,P=0.001;χ2=35.780,P=0.000;χ2=4.477,P=0.034).Logistic regression analysis on HPV infection showed that positive CT and UU>10 000 CCU/ml were risk factors of HPV infection(OR=2.790,P=0.005;OR=2.968,P=0.002).Conclusion:Preventing CT infection and UU infection has active significance for preventing HPV infection-induced cervical cancer.
