| 摘 要： | 【摘要】目的探讨原发性高血压（EH）合并2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者自主神经功能受损状况及心率变异性的临床特点。方法随机选取本院内科住院的50例EH患者为EH组．50例EH合并T2DM患者为EH＋DM组。分别行24h动态心电图记录，对比两组心率变异性（HRV）指标。结果EH＋DM组的SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD明显低于EH组（P〈0．05）；EH组和EH＋DM组的PNN50相比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病患者自主神经功能明显受损。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the damaged condition of autonomic nerve function and clinical characteristic of heart rate variability on essential hypertension （EH） combined type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients. Methods Fifty cases of EH patients in our hospital were randomly selected as EH group, and 50 cases of EH combined T2DM pa- tients as EH ＋ DM groups 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram of the two groups was recorded respectively. HRV index was compared. Results SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD of EH ＋ DM group were significantly lower than those of the EH group （P 〈 0.05）. Difference of PNNS0 between two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Autonomic nervous function of EH and T2DM patients is significantly iml3aired. |
