沟通技巧在儿科护理操作中的应用效果观察

目的观察沟通技巧应用在儿科护理操作中时给患儿带来的影响。方法将住院患儿分为对照组和实验组,分别采用传统的护理操作程序和应用沟通技巧的护理操作程序,操作结束后对患儿及其家属发放调查问卷来比较沟通技巧对患儿的影响。结果实验组在满意度、对操作的配合程度及对疾病本身的影响方面明显优于对照组。结论将沟通技巧应用于护理操作中,能提高患儿及家属的满意度,给患儿带来积极的影响,有利于疾病的恢复。

Observation of application effect of communication skills in pediatric nursing operation

Objective To observe the influence of communications skills applied in pediatric nursing operation on the children. Methods The hospitalized children were divided into control group and experimental group, who received traditional nursing operational procedures and the nursing operational procedures involving communication skills respectively. Survey questionnaires were handed out to the children and their families after the operation in order to compare the impact of communication skills. Results The experimental group was significantly superior to control group in the satisfaction degree, coordination degree of operation and perception of influence on the disease. Conclusion The application of communication skills in nursing operation can improve the children and their families＇ satisfaction degree, bring positive effect on the children and contribute to the recovery from disease.
