新式阴式子宫全切除术与传统子宫全切除术式对比分析

摘    要:目的探讨两种阴式子宫全切除术的可行性、临床效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析2010年1月~2011年10月本院行阴式子宫切除术患者90例的临床资料,观察其手术效果和术后情况。其中新式阴式子宫切除术(利用血管闭合系统Ligasure系统)45例(改良组),同期行传统的阴式子宫全切术45例(对照组),比较手术效果和术后恢复情况。结果改良组平均手术时间、术中平均出血量[(49±22)min、(140±30)mL]和对照组【(63±31)min、(220±35)m-1比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组术后排气时间、住院时间比较[(26±4)h、(3.8±0.6)d vs(28±6)h、(4.4±0.2)d1,差异无统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论新式子宫全切除术与传统子宫全切除术比较,手术效果好.范围广,创伤小,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To study the feasibility, clinical effects and safety of modified abdominohysterectomy. Methods The clinical data of 90 cases who underwent total hysterectomy(45 cases) and modified abdominohysterectomy (45 cas- es) from January 2010 to October 2011 were retrospectively analyzed and the operative effects and postoperative re- covery of two methods were compared. Results There were significant differences in the average operation time and amount of blood loss during operation between modification group[(49±22) min and (140±30) mL] and control group[ (63±1) rain and (220±5)mL] (P〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in the time of exhaust ,disease incidence and average hospitalization between modification group [(26±) h, (3.8±.6) d ] and control group [(28±6) h, (4.4±.2) d]. Conclusion This operative technique has better operative effects, less damage and fewer complications compared with the traditional method and it is worthy of popularizing.
