护理干预对老年高血压患者血压控制效果的影响

目的探讨护理干预对老年高血压患者血压控制效果的影响。方法选取本院2011年1月-2012年8月收治的老年高血压患者148例，随机分为两组，对照组74例患者采用常规护理，观察组74例患者采用护理干预，护理时间为1个月，比较两组患者护理前后的舒张压和收缩压。结果护理后，观察组与对照组患者的舒张压和收缩压均明显降低，观察组患者的舒张压和收缩压均明显低于对照组，观察组血压控制率（82．4％）明显高于对照组（67．6％），差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预可以明显改善老年高血压患者的血压状况，降低舒张压和收缩压，是一种有效的血压控制方法，值得临床推广使用。

Influence of nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension in blood pressure control effect

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension in blood pressure control effect. Methods One hundred and forty-eight elderly patients with hypertension were selected in the hospital from January 2011 to August 2012, and randomly divided into two groups. 74 patients used routine care as the control group. 74 patients used nursing intervention as the observation group. The nursing time was l month. Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results After the nursing, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in observation group and control group all decreased significantly. Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group. The rate of blood pressure control in observation group （82.4%） was significantly higher than that of control group （67.6%）. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can signifi cantly improve the blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension, which can reduce systolic pressure and dias- tolic pressure. It is a kind of effective blood pressure control method, and is worth for clinical use.
