妊娠期高血压疾病临床观察

目的通过对妊娠期高血压产妇的临床观察,以期降低不良事件发生率、提高分娩质量。方法选取86例妊娠期高血压产妇（妊高组）,对其临床表现与干预方法进行观察、分析,同时再选取50例血压正常的产妇予以对比研究,然后进行统计处理分析。结果 86例患者以高血压、蛋白尿、水肿等症状为主要临床表现就诊,经过干预治疗,与同期正常对照相比,妊高组患者的剖宫产率、早产率、低体重儿出生率及新生儿死亡率均显著增高,发生胎儿窘迫、胎膜早破、产后出血等母婴并发症均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论妊娠期高血压如果不进行有效治疗会对母婴造成严重危害,保持足够休息、补充营养、加强围生期保健,定期体检,早期发现并治疗,是降低妊妊娠期高血压危害的有效途径。

Clinical observation of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy

Objective To bring down the incidence of adverse events and improve delivery quality through clinical observation of puerpera with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. Methods Clinical manifestations and intervening methods of 86 puerpera with gestational hypertension were observed and analyzed. Meanwhile, another 50 puerpera with normotension were selected as control group. After that, these data were processed and analyzed by statistics. Results Symptoms like hypertension, proteinuria, and edema were the main clinical manifestations for these 86 puerpera. After intervention, compared with control group in the same period, cesarean section rate, premature birth rate, birth rate of infant of low-birth weight, neonatal death rate in these 86 puerpera with gestational hypertension were obviously increased. The proportions of maternal and neonatal complications like fetal distress during delivery, premature rupture of fetal membranes, postpartum hemorrhage were all higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy without effective treatment can lead to severe damages to maternal and child health. Sufficient rest time, nutrition supplement, intensifying health care in perinatal period, and periodic physical examination as the effective measures in prevention, early detection, and treatment can reduce damages caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension.
