高频彩色多普勒超声对附睾囊肿的诊断价值

【摘要】目的总结附睾囊肿的超声声像图特征，探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对该疾病的诊断价值。方法分析总结103例经穿刺、手术及病理证实的附睾囊肿的二维及彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）特征。结果103例附睾囊肿中，附睾单纯性囊肿26例（25．2％），附睾精液囊肿77例（74．8％）；囊肿最小约0．4cm×0.3cm，最大约2．5cm×2．1cm。治疗是对10mm以上的22例附睾囊肿行切除术，5～10mm的66例附睾囊肿行穿刺抽液治疗，5mm以下的15例附睾囊肿行门诊随访。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对附睾囊肿的诊断及鉴别诊断有很大价值，可为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠的信息。

Diagnosis value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound for epididymis cyst

Objective To summarize the characteristics of the epididymis cyst and to explore the value of diagnosis with the high frequency color Doppler ultrasound for this disease. Methods The characteristics of two-dimensional and color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） for 103 cases the epididymis cysts that were confirmed by the puncture, the surgery and the pathology were analyzed and summarized. Their main points of diagnosis and differential diagnosis were summarized. Results The epididymis simple cysts were 26 cases （25.2%） and epididymis sperm cysts were 77 cases （74.8%） in 103 cases epididymis cyst. The epididymis cyst of minimum was about 0.4 cm×0.3 cm and of maximum was about 2.5 cm×2.1 cm. The treatments of epididymis cyst were carried out the resection for 22 cases on more than 10 ram, the puncture aspiration for 66 cases on 5-10 mm and the outpatient follow-up survey for 15 cases in less than 5 mm. Conclusion The high frequency color Doppler ultrasound has great value for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the epididymis cyst. This may provide reliable informations for clinical diagnosis and treatments.
