风险管理在手术室护理管理中的应用分析

【摘要】目的探讨手术室护理管理中风险管理的应用。方法本次研究选择本院2008年9月～2012年6月收治的手术室患者400例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理管理，观察组在护理管理的基础上加强风险管理，回顾两组的临床资料。结果观察组护理满意度为97．00％，风险概率为1．50％；对照组护理满意度为76．00％，风险概率为6．00％；两组相关数据间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论风险管理可提高护理服务满意度和降低风险概率，值得推广。

Application effect on risk management for surgery patients in operating room

Abstract] Objective To investigate the application on risk management for surgery patients in operating room. Methods The clinical data of four hundred surgery patients who were treated in operating room in our hospital from September 2008 to June 2012 were collected in this study, then they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, patients in the control group were given routine nursing management, patients in the observation group were given the risk management on the basis of routine nursing management, the clinical data of two groups were evaluated. Results The nursing satisfaction was 97.00%, the risk probability was 1.50% in observation group; The nursing satisfaction was 76.00%, the risk probability was 6.00% in the control group; Difference between two groups of data were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Risk management to improve the nursing service satisfaction and reduce the risk probability and it is worth of being generalized.
