射精管开口梗阻性无(少)精子症14例诊治分析

摘    要:【摘要】目的探讨临床治疗射精管梗阻性无(少)精子症的诊断方法与TURED手术治疗效果。方法选择2009年6月~2011年10月本院收治的14例射精管梗阻患者的临床资料,患者精液常规检查和经直肠超声检查并确诊为EDO后,通过TURED对患者进行治疗,术后随访1年。结果14例患者经精液检查、经直肠超声检查,综合考虑确诊为射精管开口梗阻。术后随访12个月,患者精液检查有不同程度的改善,13例(92.9%)患者精液中出现精子,其中10例(71.4%)患者精液检查正常,6例(42.9%)患者治疗后配偶妊娠。结论直肠超声检查辅助精液检查与经尿道射精管电切术相结合是射精管梗阻性无(少)精子症的有效的诊断及治疗方法。

Diagnosis analysis of surgical therapy for 14 cases with azoospermia with ejaculatoryduct obstruction

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of diagnosis and transurethral resection of ejaculatory ducts (TURED) for azoospermia with ejaculatory duct obstruction (EDO). Methods Fourteen patients with azoospermiawith ejaculato- ryduct obstruction were selected into the research in our hospital from June 2009 to October 2011, and all these cases were treated by transurethral incision or resection of the obstructive ejaculatory duct till milky semen discharged, 1 year follow-up was given to the patients. Results All 14 patients had been diagnosised with azoospermiawith ejacula- toryduct obstruction by semen examination and Trus. After that in a 12 months follow-up, semen quality improvement was obtained in 13 cases (92.9%), including 10 cases normal results (71.4%). 6 cases (42.9%) after treatment, the wife pregnancy. Conclusion TURS plus transurethral electrotomy is a simple and effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of the obstruction of the ejaculatory duct.
