PDCA护理模式在小儿支气管肺炎中的综合效果研究

目的探讨PDCA护理模式在小儿支气管肺炎中的综合效果。方法选取2011年4月～2012年4月于本院进行治疗的54例小儿支气管肺炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（常规护理组）和观察组（PDCA护理模式组）,每组各27例,对两组患儿的症状体征消失时间、护理前后的治疗依从性和家长对护理效果、护理态度的满意度进行比较。结果观察组的症状体征消失时间短于对照组,护理后的治疗依从性高于对照组,家长对护理效果恶化护理态度的满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PDCA护理模式在小儿支气管肺炎中的综合效果较佳,患儿家长对其满意度也更高。

Study on the comprehensive effect of PDCA nursing mode in children with bronchial pneumonia

Objective To study the comprehensive effect of PDCA nursing in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods Fifty-four cases of children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group （routine nursing group） and observation group （PDCA nursing mode group） with 27 cases in each group, then the disappearing time of symptoms and signs, treatment compliance before and after the nursing, satisfaction degree of parents for the nursing effect and nursing attitudes of two groups were compared. Results The disappearing time of observation group＇s symptoms and signs were all shorter than those of control group, treatment compliance after the nursing was higher than that of control group, satisfaction degree of parents for the nursing effect and nursing attitudes were better than those of control group, the differences were all statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive effect of PDCA nursing mode in children with bronchial pneumonia is better, and the satisfaction degree of parents is higher.
