血清BDNF及NSE检测在惊厥儿童中的临床应用价值

摘    要:目的:探讨血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测在惊厥儿童中的临床应用价值。方法:选取该院收治的惊厥儿童40例,选取同期该院因呼吸道感染发热而住院但未见抽搐的患儿40例作为发热组,该院体检科同期健康体检40例儿童作为正常对照组,ELISA法测定3组儿童血清中BDNF及NSE水平,并比较分析。结果:惊厥组儿童的BDNF及NSE水平均高于后两组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抽搐次数<5次组患儿血清BDNF及NSE水平显著低于抽搐次数≥5次组患儿(P<0.05),单纯性惊厥组患儿血清BDNF及NSE水平显著低于复杂性惊厥组患儿(P<0.05)。经相关性分析,BDNF与NSE水平正性相关(r=0.725,P<0.05)。结论:BDNF及NSE可预示脑组织损伤程度,且相关检测操作性强、简便易行,结果可靠,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical application values of serum brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and neuron specific enolase(NSE) detections in children with febrile seizure.Methods:Forty children with febrile seizure who were treated in the hospital were selected,forty children with fever induced by respiratory tract infection and without convulsion who were treated in the hospital during the same period were selected as fever group,forty children who received physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as normal control group,ELISA was used to detect serum levels of BDNF and NSE in the three groups,then the results were compared and analyzed.Results:The serum levels of BDNF and NSE in febrile seizure group were statistically significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).The serum levels of BDNF and NSE in children with convulsion < 5 times were statistically significantly lower than those in children with convulsion ≥5 times(P<0.05).The serum levels of BDNF and NSE in children with simple convulsion were statistically significantly lower than those in children with complex convulsion(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between BDNF level and NSE level(γ=0.725,P<0.05).Conclusion:BDNF and NSE can indicate the degree of brain injury,and related tests are easy,simple,and reliable,which are worthy to be popularized in clinic.
