环乳晕与传统切11治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果及患者接受性比较

摘要1目的探讨环乳晕与传统切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果及患者的心理接受程度。方法将80例患者均分为两组，观察组40例患者使用环乳晕切口治疗，对照组40例患者使用传统切口治疗，在随访6个月后比较两组患者治疗后对美容效果的满意度，以及所发生的不良反应。结果观察组患者满意度为82．5％，显著高于对照组的27．5％（P〈o．05），观察组并发症的发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维腺瘤几乎不影响术后乳房的美观，而且能促进术后恢复，所以患者较易接受。

Comparison of the clinical effect of areola incision and traditional incision for mammary gland fibroma and patient acceptability of them

Objective To investigate the effect of areola incision and traditional incision for mammary gland fibroma and patient acceptability of them. Methods Eighty cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, observa- tion group （40 cases） were used areola incision and control group （40 cases） were used traditional incision. All the pa- tients were followed up 6 months, then the cosmetic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The patients＂ satisfaction of observation group was 82.5%, it was higher than that of control group （27.5%） （P 〈 0.05）, the complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The areola incision for breast fibroadenoma almost does not affect the breast cosmesis in postoperative, and it can promote postoperative recovery, so patients are easier to accept it.
