| 摘 要： | 【摘要】目的探讨氨溴索所致不良反应的一般规律及特点，促进临床安全用药。方法对本院2008年6月～2012年6月应用氨溴索制剂所发生的不良反应报告进行分类统计、分析。结果氨溴索引起的不良反应共计28例，所致不良反应中最多的为全身性损伤（28．5％），其他症状较轻；不良反应发生时间主要在用药后15～60min，且以注射剂为主。结论临床医生应重视氨溴索制剂不良反应，加强用药监护，避免不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the general rules and characteristics of adverse reaction caused by ambroxol, and promote rational drug use. Methods The adverse drug reaction （ADR） reports of ambroxol in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2012 were statistically classified and analyzed. Results Twenty-eight cases adverse reactions was caused by ambroxol, the systemic damage was the most （28.5%）, the other symptoms is lighter, and the ADR occurred mainly in 15-60 min after the drug administration, and the mainly dosage form was injection. Conclusion In order to avoid the occurrence of adverse reaction, clinician should pay attention to the adverse reaction of ambroxol, and to enhance drug monitoring. |
